Privacy & analytics

A considered approach to your information.

This notice explains the information used by the Atom Industries website, the choices available to you and the boundaries of an initial inquiry.

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, organization, introduction category, message and optional timing. We use that information to assess the relevance of your inquiry and respond. Sending a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not send trade secrets, confidential process details, financial documents or sensitive personal information. An initial inquiry does not establish a confidentiality agreement.

Local conversation briefs

Downloading a conversation brief creates a file in your browser. The download itself does not submit the brief. Form values remain in the page while it is open; the site does not use browser storage to save your inquiry text.

Inquiry delivery

When you submit an inquiry, it is sent through this website to Atom’s inquiry system. A confirmed receipt indicates acceptance by that system. If acceptance cannot be confirmed, the form tells you and preserves the same submission reference for a retry while the page remains open.

Optional website analytics

Where configured, Google Analytics, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity help us understand website use and improve the experience. Optional analytics run only after you choose to allow them. You can change your choice through the privacy preferences control. An accepted inquiry can produce a lead event with an opaque receipt reference, without contact details or inquiry text.

Optional advertising measurement and contact matching

Advertising measurement has a separate choice and starts disabled. If you allow it, configured advertising services can measure visits and accepted inquiries. Meta receives a hashed form of the email address and name you provide with an accepted inquiry to help match that event to an advertising account. Hashing does not make contact data anonymous. Meta may also receive technical browser information and its existing browser or ad-click cookie identifiers. Your organization, message, timing and locally downloaded brief are never shared for this purpose.

Meta's browser pixel is excluded from the inquiry form and pages with sensitive URL context. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track prevent advertising collection. You can change either choice or pause all optional collection in Privacy preferences. Choices last up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; it cannot recall data already received by a provider. No ad campaign is created by an inquiry.

Inquiry fields and local brief content are excluded from analytics collection. Provider configuration may vary while the site is being prepared for launch. Essential requests needed to load and secure the website do not depend on analytics consent.

Operational information

Our hosting and operational services may process technical information needed to serve requests, detect errors and protect the site. Operational events are limited to technical outcomes and are separate from inquiry content.

Retention & requests

Inquiry information is used for the relationship or opportunity you ask us to discuss and associated operational records. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the contact form and identifying your privacy request. Avoid including sensitive identification documents in the initial message.
